Giovanni Fiori Chairman Graduated cum laude in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in Rome. He is a Public Certified Accountant, Technical Experts of the Civil Court of Rome and Auditor. He is Chairman and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of various listed and non-listed companies and member of the Supervisory Board of several companies and entities. A lecturer in Economics at Italy's Higher Institute of Economics and Finance, he has been Chairman of the Finance Commission and of the National Board of Certified Public Accountants and Bookkeepers, and a member of the Ministry of Economics and Finance's Public Administration Accounting Standards Committee. He has been advisor to Roma Capitale's Public Finance Councillor with regard to the local authority's budget. Graduated in Economics from the University of Rome "La Sapienza", with honors; she qualified to practice as a Certified Public Accountant. Full Professor in business law at the Faculty of Economics of "Sapienza" - University of Rome. She is author of numerous legal publications, including three books. She has been practicing as a chartered accountant since 1982. In 1983, she founded the Accounting Firm Associates Adiutori based in Rome, via dei Monti Parioli, 28. She is member of board of audit in several companies also in a listed company; she is chartered accountant listed at No. 251 of the register. Gregorio Antonio Greco* Substitute statutory auditor She graduated in Economics from LUISS University in Rome and holds a PhD in Corporate Economics from Roma Tre University. She is a Public Certified Accountant and Auditor. She currently works as a freelancer and in this regard has assisted leading industrial groups in relation to financial turnaround and debt restructuring. She is also a member of the Board of Auditors of various listed and non-listed companies. She has been appointed by the Bank of Italy as a member of the Supervisory Board of banks and financial intermediaries subject to administrative receivership. At an academic level, she is currently a researcher in the area of IASs and IFRSs and is an expert in the area of accounting and financial statements at LUISS University in Rome. She is the author of economic publications, including at an international level. A Certified Public Accountant, he graduated in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in Rome. He has worked as a consultant in the areas of tax and company law, civil-law and tax-related aspects of statutory and extraordinary financial statements since 1984. He is a Technical Consultant of the Civil, Criminal and Appeal Courts of Rome and was a member of the Direct Taxation Advisory Committee and consultant for the Ministry of the Environment and Territorial Protection with regard to tax issues. He holds and has held positions on the Board of Auditors of corporations, including listed corporations. He is currently a consultant for Roma’s local health authorities and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Poste Vita S.p.A.
