Paolo Citterio (born in 1960, 57 years) has served as General Manager in charge of Administration and Finance of Astaldi since 2006, after having held the position of Deputy General Manager in charge of Administration and Finance for five years.  He joined Astaldi in 1985 in the Administration Department.  From 1985 to 2001, he held the position of Head in charge of the Group’s Consolidated Financial Statements.  He also serves as Member of the Board of Directors of several Group’s companies.  He has a degree in Economics from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.

Marco Foti (born in 1948, 69 years) has served as General Manager in charge for Italy and the Maghreb Area of Astaldi since 2015, after having held the position of Area Manager for Domestic Activities of Astaldi for three years.  He began his professional career in 1974 in Dipenta, an Italian construction company acquired by Astaldi S.p.A. in 1998, where he also worked as General Manager in charge for Italy.  From 1998 to 2012, he has served as manager for several Italian projects of the Group. He became Area Manager of Astaldi in 2012.  Mr. Foti has a degree in Civil Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. 

Cesare Bernardini (born in 1956, 61 years) is currently General Manager in charge for International Activities of Astaldi.  He began his professional career in 1983 in the construction company Costruzioni Generali Mambrini, where he has served in several roles in the Technical Department.  In 1990, he moved to Astaldi and along the years he has served as Technical Director of several infrastructure projects in Italy.  He became Area Manager in charge for Domestic Activities in 2000 and then in 2008 Deputy General Manager in charge for International Activities and Railway Infrastructure Projects in Italy.  From 2010, he held the position of General Manager.  He currently also holds several positions in Astaldi Group’s companies. Mr. Bernardini has a degree in Civil Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. 

Francesco Maria Rotundi (born in 1961, 56 years) has served as General Manager in charge for International Activities of Astaldi since 2016.  He joined Astaldi in 1998 and along the years he has served as manager for several Italian projects of Astaldi.  From 2006 to 2013, he served as General Manager of Metro C S.p.A., the consortium incorporated for the construction of the Line C of Rome Underground in Italy.  He became Country Manager in charge for Russia in 2013 and then Country Manager and Deputy General Manager for North America and the Caribbean in 2015.  Mr. Rotundi has a degree in Civil Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.

Fabio Giannelli (born in 1963, 54 years) has served as General Manager in charge for International Activities of Astaldi since 2017.  He started his professional career in 1991 in Astaldi Group and along the years he has served as manager for several Italian infrastructure projects of Astaldi.  From 1999, he also served as Chairman or Member of the Board of Directors in several Group’s companies and then he became Area Manager in charge for Domestic Activities of Astaldi in 1998.  Mr. Giannelli has a degree in Mining and Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.

Mario Lanciani (born in 1963, 54 years) has served as General Manager for Industrial Services of Astaldi since 2016, after having held the position of General Manager for the Americas of Astaldi for three years.  He began his professional career in Astaldi in 1992 and along the years he has served in several roles as manager of the Group.  Between 2011 and 2013, he held the positions of Area Manager in charge for North America of Astaldi and of Chairman of Astaldi Canada Inc., a Group’s Company 100% held by Astaldi S.p.A.  He also serves as Vice Chairman of Astaldi Construction Corporation, a Group Company 100% held by Astaldi S.p.A.  Mr. Lanciani has a degree in Mining and Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.
